Can an introvert be a good leader?
The majority of people think if you speak well you would make great leader others believe if you are tall and handsome you are to be followed. Boring people make terrible leaders. In fact, leaders who are great are servants who use their wisdom to make decisions for the people who are part of the enterprise. They realize they need to change more than the people under him or her.
